Ing. Kofi Bonsu Addai-Yeboah is an accomplished Civil Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience in infrastructure and real estate development. He currently manages The Heights Cottages, a visionary residential community nestled in the serene Aburi Mountains. Working closely with the CEO’s people-centered vision, Ing. Addai-Yeboah oversees the technical design, construction, and delivery of this flagship project. His leadership ensures that the development’s modern amenities—including swimming pools, parks, eco-conscious homes, and wellness facilities—are built with precision and long-term durability in mind.

Prior to joining Fab Tefillah Properties, he gained valuable industry experience with Trasacco Estates Development Company and Appolonia City, where he contributed to large-scale residential and commercial developments. His background also spans bridge, road, and building projects under both local and international programs.
