CEO’s Biography
Mrs. Francisca Boakye is the founding (CEO) of The Heights Cottages, a visionary residential development nestled in the serene Aburi Mountains of Ghana’s Eastern Region. With a professional background in nursing and a deep passion for community wellness, She brings a unique, people-centered approach to real estate—one rooted in care, safety, and holistic living.
After years of serving families in healthcare, Mrs. Francisca Boakye recognized the need for residential spaces that support both physical and emotional well-being. Her transition into real estate was driven by a desire to create environments where families could thrive—not just survive. Under her leadership, The Heights Cottages was born: a peaceful, family-friendly community offering modern amenities like swimming pools, parks, a health clinic, and eco-conscious homes designed for comfort and connection.

Ing. Kofi Bonsu Addai-Yeboah –
Project Engineer & Manager
Ing. Kofi Bonsu Addai-Yeboah is an accomplished Civil Engineer and Project Manager with extensive experience in infrastructure and real estate development. At Fabtefillah Properties, he leads all engineering and project management functions, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
He currently manages The Heights Cottages, a visionary residential community nestled in the serene Aburi Mountains. Working closely with the CEO’s people-centered vision, Ing. Addai-Yeboah oversees the technical design, construction, and delivery of this flagship project. His leadership ensures that the development’s modern amenities—including swimming pools, parks, eco-conscious homes, and wellness facilities—are built with precision and long-term durability in mind.
Prior to joining Fab Tefillah Properties, he gained valuable industry experience with Trasacco Estates Development Company and Appolonia City, where he contributed to large-scale residential and commercial developments. His background also spans bridge, road, and building projects under both local and international programs.
With a results-driven approach and strong commitment to excellence, Ing. Addai-Yeboah combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership to transform ideas into thriving communities.
